If you are not
completely satisfied with any product you purchased from Sinful Moments Press,
you may ask for a refund. Return a print book within
days
of the original invoice date for a full credit or refund. Print books must be
returned in the same condition as
purchased — no marking of any kind, hi-lighting, stickers or stamps.
E-books - refunds will be issued at the management's discretion, each case
being reviewed separately.
All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the
customer. Customers forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items
that were part of a promotional sale. To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, always enclose the
remittance or shipping copy of the original
invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. You may return a product one of two ways:
Unopened packages: Mark your
package "refused" and return it to the shipper. You'll owe nothing
for shipping.
Opened packages: return the
package (at your expense) to:
